From a former bank to a community hub.
This former Santander bank was purchased by our client with a view to creating an independent coffee shop and multi-function community space in the heart of Hinckley town centre. Although the bank was not one of the oldest buildings in the town, it does have a striking frontage that both the council and client were keen to retain and enhance.
The coffee shop is now a thriving hub for the community of Hinckley.
