A replacement home on the edge of Market Bosworth.
The Lake House, Wellsborough, is a truly unique house nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, close to the border with Warwickshire.
The house replaced the bungalow that sat on the site, on the edge of the historic town of Market Bosworth. While it uses broadly the same footprint as the previous bungalow, Hayward Architects were able to achieve planning for the total replacement of the bungalow with a two-storey dwelling.
Stables, a storage barn and a triple garage with rooms over were also all approved at the site.
